Terms of Use

You are buying a licence to use historical market data files for your own research and trading. The data is provided as-available from its source, with no warranty of completeness, and may not be redistributed or resold.

1. What you are buying

A one-time licence to download and use a specified set of historical market data files, for the date range and instruments shown on your order. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The files are yours to keep and use after download.

2. Permitted use

Your own research, backtesting, model development, teaching and internal business use, including within an organisation that purchased the licence. You may publish analysis, charts and results derived from the data.

3. What is not permitted

Redistribution or resale of the raw data files, in whole or in substantial part, whether free or paid. This includes publishing them to a public repository, bundling them into a product, or providing them through an API.

Sharing your download link, or the files themselves, outside the licensed person or organisation.

Presenting the data as exchange-official or as sourced from NSE, BSE or MCX directly.

4. No warranty of completeness or accuracy

The data is derived from a third-party broker API and is provided as available. It may contain gaps, missing sessions, missing contracts and errors originating upstream. The published coverage table describes what the archive holds; it is not a warranty that every bar within that span is present or correct.

The coverage table is generated live from the catalog and is the accurate statement of what is held. Where the site's prose and the coverage table disagree, the coverage table is correct.

5. Not investment advice

Nothing supplied here is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to trade. Derivatives trading carries substantial risk of loss. Backtested results do not predict future performance. You are solely responsible for any decision you make using this data.

6. Delivery, downloads and refunds

Files are delivered as a downloadable archive after payment is confirmed. Download links carry a use limit and an expiry, both shown on your order page. Expired or exhausted links are re-issued free — just ask.

Refunds are covered on the refunds page. In short: a sample of the exact series is available on request before you buy, and there is no refund after the files have been downloaded.

7. Trademarks and affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by NSE, BSE, NSE Indices Ltd, Asia Index Pvt Ltd or any exchange or broker. Index and product names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used descriptively to identify the data on offer.

8. Changes

These terms may change. The version in force for your order is the version published when the order was placed. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to data you have already licensed.
