Refund Policy

A free sample of the exact series is available on request before you buy, there is no refund once the files have been downloaded, and you get a full refund if we cannot deliver what you paid for.

Before you buy — the part that matters

Data is not returnable. Once you have the files, you have them, and no policy can undo that. So the protection has to happen before the purchase, and three things are provided for exactly that reason:

The live coverage page, generated from the catalog, showing what is actually held. The file schema, published in full with no signup, so you know exactly what the columns are. And a direct route to ask for a sample of the exact series, and to ask "do you have X for these dates", before paying.

Use all three. They are free and they are the whole safety net.

When you get a full refund

If we cannot deliver what you paid for. If the files turn out not to match the coverage stated at the time of your order — a missing span, the wrong instrument, a corrupted archive — tell us and you get the full amount back, or the correct data, whichever you prefer.

If payment was taken but no order exists. Duplicate UPI payments and failed orders are refunded in full.

Before download. If you have paid but not yet downloaded, and you have changed your mind, ask and you will be refunded.

When you do not

After you have downloaded the files. This is the standard for every digital data product, and it is why the coverage table, the full schema and a pre-purchase sample are all available before you spend anything.

Because the data did not produce a profitable strategy. The data describes what happened; it does not promise what will.

Because of a limitation stated up front. No bid/ask, no Greeks, no tick-by-tick, and coverage floors set by the source are documented on every relevant page before you buy.

Download problems are not refund problems

If your link expired, you hit the download limit, or the archive did not save properly — that is a re-issue, not a refund. Message us and a fresh link is sent free of charge. There is no limit on how many times we will do this for a legitimate purchase.

How to request one

Email myawshome259@gmail.com with your order number and what went wrong. Refunds are returned to the same UPI account the payment came from, normally within three working days of being agreed.
