Where can I get XAUUSD 1 minute historical data?
This pack is a download: XAU/USD spot 1-minute OHLC from 15 Mar 2009 to 2 Oct 2026 (about 6.19 million bars), one Parquet file per year, paid by UPI from India.
Is the XAU/USD historical data in CSV or Parquet?
Parquet. Open it with pandas.read_parquet() or DuckDB; df.to_csv() turns any year into a CSV in one line.
Does it include volume?
No. The quotes carry no traded volume, so the files have datetime, open, high, low and close only. We do not invent a volume column.
What timezone are the timestamps in?
UTC, minute start. Add 5 hours 30 minutes for IST.
Is this an MCX contract?
No. This is the international XAU/USD spot rate, quoted in US dollars per troy ounce. MCX futures are a separate pack.
